TRADE WORLD MANAGER Portal® (TWM)
Value Added Service Provider (VASP)
Advanced Value Added Service Provider (VASP2)
UN - ASPA Stage 4
A single government website allows users to customize a secure one-stop-shop portal that will enable direct access to government services.
Each Value Added Service Provider (VASP) can have its own TWM server linked to the Customs TWM server in order to assess the conformity of trade documents such as the declaration or the e-manifest in real time. Clients are therefore provided with a full data validation with online access to up-to-date government databases.
These contain National data such as regulations, tariff and exchange rates before the electronically signed e-document is lodged “error free” into the Customs system for final processing.
The VASP TWM server can also be used to add other services, unrelated to Customs, which are of interest to its clients, or to integrate legacy systems (such as knowledge database, price and description of services, accounting, personnel management, etc...) through its own Internet portal.

A state-of-the art web platform allowing traders and trade operators, transporters and carriers, Customs brokers, warehouse operators, banks and surveillance agencies to conduct e-business with Customs administrations and other Government agencies from their respective premises.
Legacy Value Added Service Provider (VASP1)
The VASP prepares and sends an EDI message containing the electronically signed trade document. Sometimes the data is checked against the VASP proprietary data prior to transmission.
In all cases the data is checked by the TWM that either validates the message for immediate processing and acknowledgment, or sends back an e-error message requesting the re-sending of the corrected EDI message.
