• Provision of IT & Telecom Infrastructure countrywide for the automation of International Trade Transactions.
• Implementation of TradeWorldManager® (TWM), Webb Fontaine’s Single Window platform tailored in Nigeria to link multiple electronic documents within the same transactional operation, including: manifests, bank foreign exchange forms, bureau of standard certificates and ministry lisenses associated with the Customs declaration
• Installation of the GovernmentExecutiveVision™ (GEV), for the monitoring of revenue, cargo dwell time, customs performance and business intelligence analytics
• Administration of NCS integrated web portal (www.customs.gov.ng), which provides up to date statistics for the Government and authorized economic operators
• Comprehensive Customs modernization and trade facilitation program, introduction of the electronic payment and electronic remittance with all commercial banks and Central Bank
• Capacity bulding: comprehensive training program for customs officers and traders
